Wishing everyone a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving Day!
Thank you Fr. Dennis for coming to St. Peters the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We are all so thankful that you are in our lives and our church!

Our always hard working Jr. Warden made and installed a new coat rack and shelf beside the back door. Again thank you, Mike, so much for all you do!

Most of the music played during services is already loaded onto our wonderful Hymnal Plus machine. However, the Hymnal Plus did not come loaded with all of the music we use during the services. Rose Marie plays the missing pieces on the piano including the Gloria, the Sanctus, & the Agnus Dei during Holy Communion services and all the Canticles during Morning Prayer services.
Recently, Sue and Scott loaned their beautiful keyboard to Rose Marie. Rose Marie plans to record all the missing pieces of music on the keyboard. From there, the recorded music will be loaded onto the Hymnal Plus machine, relieving Rose Marie of some of her music responsibilities!

The Bible Study at The Blake completed the fourth Taste & See lesson, Savoring the Salt of the Earth, this past Friday. The lesson went well and the ladies enjoyed tasting all the different types of salt - particularly the Cyprus Black Lava Salt. This study will continue on Friday Dec 6.
The Women's Bible Study completed the fourth lesson in Scouting the Divine, In the Hive - Discovering a Land Overflowing with Honey. The lessons and discussions have been wonderful - so much so that we have used nine weeks to finish the first four "weekly" lessons! With such a busy season coming up, I decided to postpone the last two lessons until January. I am planning to restart either January 23 or January 30. Let me know your thoughts.
