Anderson earned 10th chair clarinet in the Tennessee Music Education Band - All State. This weekend he played in the All State Band Concert in Nashville. He has also been inducted into the National Beta Club! Congratulations to Anderson and his wonderful family!

Jody, the owner/operator of the pest control company used by the church, participates in the Kairos Prison Ministry International, Inc. Part of their ministry involves bringing cookies into the prison! His group of volunteers is visiting the Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City the end of April.
Any one interested in baking at least two dozen cookies for their visit please let me know. I will post full instructions on the bulletin board downstairs but please remember the following:
-only sugar, peanut butter, molasses, or chocolate chip cookies
-no fruit, no nuts, no candy except chocolate chips
-no sugar or frosting on top
