Bp. Jones visited St. Peter's this past weekend. Always a wonderful time when he comes!
On Saturday Bp. Jones met with the Mission Committee to discuss the status of the church. After the meeting we took him out to eat at The Chop House.
On Sunday the Bishop led our Holy Communion service and received 2 people, Michele and Chris, into St. Peter's and the APA!

Bishop Jones with Hutch, Chris, Levi, Michele, and Fr. Paul. Thank you Fr. Paul, Hutch and Levi for serving with the Bishop this past Sunday.

Chris with Bishop Jones and Fr. Paul.

Michele's daughters, Amelie and Ren, joined her on this special day.

After services, Bishop Jones presented both Michele and Chris with a Book of Common Prayer from St. Peters. Each prayer book was signed by the Bishop.

For lunch we brought in food from Phil's Dream Pit including beef brisket with BBQ sauces & rolls, mac & cheese, baked beans, green beans, cole slaw, and chicken salad! What a delicious feast!

Rose Marie, Lin, and Keith brought amazing desserts including chocolate chip cookie bars, Pina Colata Trifle, and peach cobbler.

After that amazing lunch, Levi had a private meeting with the Bishop! Looks like they had a great discussion.

Thank you Bishop Jones, Fr. Paul, Hutch, and Levi for the wonderful service! Thank you Altar Guild for the beautiful altar! Thank you to the Choir for all the beautiful music. Thank you to everyone who prepared all the food!
Michele and Chris - we welcome you to St. Peters and to the APA!
