And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor.

Weekday Activities

Please note the regularly scheduled Low Mass on Wednesday at

11 am is cancelled on both March 11 and 18.

A Stations of the Cross service is scheduled for 5 pm on Wednesday March 18. A light dinner of soup and salad will be served after services.

On Thursday we have Choir practice at 10 am and Bible Study at 11 am. The current Bible Study is an eight week study of the first seven ecumenical councils. Due to a long awaited paving project last week's Bible Study lesson was cancelled. Please join us as we resume these interesting lessons this week.

The Long Awaited Paving Project !!

The arrival of the grading equipment!

After grading and graveling of the upper parking lot,

the back of the church and

the lower driveway!

And most importantly . . .

The leveling of the driveway with the road - no more scraping the bottom of the car! Also, they installed the safety ballards in front of the propane tank and the outdoor part of the heat pump. By next Sunday we hope to have all the paving done!

Mike and Claudia

On Wednesday, March 11 we are visiting Mike and Claudia at their house from 12:30 to 3:00. We are bringing ready to serve potluck food for lunch. They will provide plates, silverware, glasses and drinks. We have missed seeing them regularly at church and are very much looking forward to this visit! Please let Jessica or Rosalind know if you plan to attend and what you are bringing.

Also, Claudia has asked us to use the upper gate to the property - not the lower one that passes in front of their house. There is some parking available behind their house, otherwise park in the office parking spaces next to their house.

Our 'Burgers and Bingo Night Out" is back on Saturday, March 21 at 5 pm. We will be serving burgers with all the fixings for dinner followed by several rousing rounds of Bingo! This year Rose Marie has added a new twist to the game. She is asking each family to bring a wrapped present - the present is an nice item from your house that you no longer use (or never used) in good condition and you would like to re-home it! The winner of each game can either pick from the pile of unopened gifts or 'steal' one from a previous winner! Rose Marie will also have one grand prize supplied by the church for last game. If you plan to attend please sign up downstairs or contact Rose Marie.
