Fr. Paul led our beautiful Holy Communion service on the Sunday Next Before Advent.
Please find Fr. Paul's sermon at the following link:
"It's More than the Money."
Thank you Hutch and Phil for serving with Fr. Paul at the altar!
Thank you Hutch for leading our Morning Prayer services this Sunday!
Congregational Meeting

We held our Annual Congregational Meeting after services this past Sunday. We approved last year's meeting minutes prepared by Lin. We approved the Treasurer's report and an operating budget for 2026 prepared by Keith. Thank you to all who pledged so generously - St Peters is in good financial shape going into 2026.
We also received a legal update from Teresa, and annual reports from Diane (Jr. Warden), Rosalind (Sr. Warden) and Fr. Paul.
Also, we elected two new members to the Mission Committee for 3 year terms starting on Jan 1, 2026. Congratulations to Keith and Phil! Thank you both for supporting St. Peter's in these important positions!
Last, the Mission Committee presented to the congregation revised bylaws with proposed amendments to the current by-laws. The revised bylaws with the proposed amendments were passed out to those attending the meeting. A special congregational meeting has been called for after services Sunday, December 28 to vote on the revised bylaws. Please see Fr. Paul if you need a copy of the proposed bylaws or if you have questions/comments regarding the proposed changes.
After the meeting, we enjoyed a delicious Domino's Pizza lunch downstairs!

Please remember all the toys must be new and unwrapped. JP set up collection boxes both upstairs and downstairs! Thank you JP for organizing this charity project for us!

St. Peter the Apostle Anglican Church
Presents
The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols
The Festival tells the story of the birth of Jesus Christ through nine scripture readings interspersed with traditional hymns and carols of the Christmas Season. First used in England to start the healing process after the horrors of WWI, the Festival is Anglican in origin but now used by many churches. The service at St. Peter the Apostle Anglican Church features the traditional readings and traditional Christmas Hymns. If you are interested in reading one of the lessons please let me know.
Please join us on Sunday, December 21 at 11 am for this beautiful service! Please note there will be a Holy Communion Service at 10 am but both Morning Prayer and Christian Education are cancelled.
